Kenton points out a couple of really bizarre bills proposed by Del. Scott Lingamfelter and Del. Mark Cole. I’m a big fan of fundamentally rethinking…well…just about anything, but it’s best to actually think rather than just introduce legislation and figure it’ll work out.
