It’ll be interesting to see what other FBI Communist conspiracy theories will be uncovered at the dawn of 2007, when thousands of documents are automatically declassified.

You must’ve missed the news story about the Bush Administration reclassifying whole swaths of documents- formerly declassified- and effectively erasing sections of history.

I forget what News outlet I saw it on. Was a while ago- nothing current (might’ve been NBC).

So I wouldn’t be surprised if he did something similar with these (at least some of them).

Yet another good reason that it is one of my favorite films. I wonder if they also directed suspicion at Dickins’ “A Christmas Carol” for its appeal to humanity and charity?

I find it telling that concern for the welfare of the commons has always been a mark of socialism. What then does this say for the competing economic philosophies?
