My prediction is a Webb victory with a 4 point spread.
Rural areas are always under polled, the are biased toward NoVa. This could be like Wilder when it was fashionable to say you were voting for Doug. Up by 6% before the election and 10% by exit polls he won by less than 1/2 percent, about 6800 votes.
Allen is not the popular vote, but if the marriage admendment wins then Allen chance look very good. If it loses then Allen will probably lose. It’s one issue but I have trouble with the idea that alot of people who will vote NO on the marriage act will vote for Allen.
I know a lot of people who are voting against Allen as opposed to for Webb. I know almost no one who is doing the reverse, never a good sign.
