AP: Iraq’s fuel shortage is so severe that they have to import oil. Gasoline on the black market is $4.92/gallon. Man, I wish this war had been about oil after all.

They have plenty of oil, as I read it — it’s just that the infrastructure is partially destroyed, and the insurgents keep sabotaging what’s left.
