In Sunday’s Richmond Times-Dispatch, Jeff Schapiro writes:

Mayor Douglas Wilder delights in sticking it to the heavy hitters who bankrolled his candidacy, expecting him to support city subsidies for a downtown arts center, the cost of which is running 20 percent higher than earlier estimates.

You would think Wilder is plenty busy blocking the arts center. But remember: Politics is Viagra for this guy.
