It must be a good day for fighting bureaucracies succesfully. Over the last few days, I have argued with several people at HondaCare warranty about covering a car repair. While they had me dead-to-rights contractually, from a reasonableness standpoint, I had a good argument. I finally got them to say that they would “help me out,” though I could get no specifics about what that might entail. Wow was I a happy lady when I picked up the car today and was told, “no charge.” They ended up covering the whole thing! Woohoo!!!
